The development adds a hotel, headquarters and multiple building types to an already-operational marketplace, extending one of the region's largest automotive destinations.
Scope of works
- Construction of the Type A hotel building and headquarters.
- Building Types B, C and D across the masterplan.
- An automotive market exceeding 3 million sq ft, comprising 359 showrooms, capacity for 25,000 cars and over 5,000 parking spaces.
