R471B – Maliha Roads & King Abdul Aziz Road — Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure
Government of Sharjah · Sharjah, UAE
National Contracting delivered a major arterial road upgrade for the Government of Sharjah, transforming the Maliha Road and King Abdul Aziz Road corridor through a network of grade-separated interchanges, bridges, and dual carriageways. The scheme included three grade-separated interchanges, a four-loop cloverleaf interchange at Junction 15B with Wasit Road, and approximately 4.30 km of three-lane dual carriageway with flanking service roads. Executed within a congested urban environment, the AED 424,643,496 project demanded meticulous traffic management and the careful relocation and protection of existing utilities throughout construction.
