The scope of work comprised the complete rehabilitation of South Runway 13R-31L, new taxiways between threshold 13R, and a new Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system connected to the existing AGL infrastructure and substations, where new constant current regulators (CCRs) were installed as required. A full runway strip up to 160m from the runway centerline in both the north and south directions was re-graded and provided with a surface protection layer. The project also included a new drainage line within the northern strip, east of existing cross taxiways G and H, along with a new drainage system within the runway. The scope further covered the replacement of cabling, transformers, addressable control units, and CCRs applicable to the existing AGL substation.
