Commissioned by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai, this project delivers a comprehensive internal road network across the Oud Al Muteena 2 community, comprising approximately 18 kilometres of carriageways together with on-street parking. The scope integrates villa access reconstruction, drainage adjustment, kerb and gully works, and full utility protection and relocation, all executed to RTA standards. Coordinated street lighting completes a fully serviced, residential-grade infrastructure programme.
Scope of works
- Construction of approximately 18 km of internal roads with on-street parking
- Reconstruction of villa access points as required
- Adjustment of drainage cover levels and installation of manholes
- Provision of kerbs and curb gullies on both sides of carriageways
- Protection and relocation of existing services and utilities
- Installation of street lighting across the network
