National Contracting delivered the construction logistics package for Phase 1 of the Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) expansion on behalf of Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP). The package formed the enabling backbone of the wider mega-project, encompassing offices, roads, underground utilities, security infrastructure and electrical substations. This foundational scope of works allowed the airport's broader development programme to proceed on schedule.
Scope of works
- Construction of Packages 1–6 DAEP and Consultants offices.
- Roads and all underground utilities, including boundary fences and entrance gates.
- All electrical substations.
